Privacy policy

The Make More Marbles bookkeeping connector ("the connector") is an internal tool operated by Brad Hart Holdings LLC ("we"). It is used only with QuickBooks Online companies that we or our affiliated entities own.

Data we access

Through the QuickBooks Online Accounting API we read accounting data from connected companies: chart of accounts, transactions, journal entries, reports, customers, vendors, and company settings. We write to a company only when the company owner directs a correction.

How we use it

To keep the books of our own companies current and reconciled, prepare tax filings and workpapers, and review financial performance. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose accounting data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Storage and security

OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted password manager with multi-factor authentication. Exported reports are stored in a private, access-controlled repository owned by Brad Hart Holdings LLC. Access tokens expire hourly; refresh tokens are rotated as issued by Intuit. Access to the connector is limited to the company owners and their designated bookkeeping agent.

Retention and deletion

Accounting exports are retained for as long as needed for tax recordkeeping (generally seven years). Tokens are deleted when a company disconnects the app from QuickBooks or on request to the contact below. Disconnecting revokes our access immediately.

Use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's own terms and privacy statement. This connector is not an Intuit product.
