Terms of use (end user license agreement)

The Make More Marbles bookkeeping connector is licensed by Brad Hart Holdings LLC for internal use by the owners of the QuickBooks Online companies it connects and their authorized bookkeeping agent. It is not offered to the public and no other use is licensed.

License

Authorized users may use the connector to read and, when directed by a company owner, correct accounting records of companies they own or administer. No right to copy, resell, or sublicense the connector is granted.

Your responsibilities

You must be an administrator of any QuickBooks Online company you connect. You are responsible for the accuracy of records you direct the connector to change and for keeping your QuickBooks credentials secure.

No warranty

The connector is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Reports it produces are workpapers, not tax or legal advice, and do not replace review of the filed return.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brad Hart Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the connector.

Termination

Either party may end the connection at any time by disconnecting the app inside QuickBooks Online or at /disconnect. Tokens are deleted on disconnect.
